At least it's

SUNNY on the day I needed the sun :D

Friendly heart healthy tip: Pump iron. Strength training benefits more than your muscles. It can also lower blood pressure, strengthen the heart, and help it beat more efficiently. Aim for 2-3 strength training sessions each week. OUCH!  This is one I haven't done or attempted yet...I'm still working on the cardio ;-)  BUT I guess I can find my weights and start working on this at least a couple times a week!!
