You can have your cake....Day 20

In less than 5 minutes (NO KIDDING!) I'll attach this recipe to the next post, but here's the before and after picture for Day 20!

Healthier diet tip of the day:  Fish for Omega-3's. Two to three servings per week are good for your heart, brain and body. You'll find it in fatty fish (like salmon and albacore tuna), ground flaxseed, soybean oil and walnuts.  Omega-3's... now a must have for our bodies!  We don't eat nearly 2-3 servings a week, but I try to get at least some in our menu every week.  It helps improve brain function, which is important when raising two kids (their brains AND ours ;D)
