Seriously..... this has been my motto since I started working in offices.  NOW it is with some of my friends.  Take care of your stuff and it'll be so less stressful. 
When you make a mistake, admit it.
When you "overbook" yourself and can't handle everything, take a step back and say No.  I don't think anyone will be too upset if you have to take a day or two to "fix" things.....

I found it!!!

Here is the design/theme I THINK I want for my baby's first birthday :)  It's SO cute and different!!! 

I thought a "prince" theme since the daughter's was "princess" but the husband said they looked.... well, not nice :)    So then I thought of an "all-star"  theme, which is still in the running, but this cowboy theme is WAY too cute!!!!
